Job summary

Prime Team Partners partners with a software company to hire a Senior Product Manager in Seattle. This role leads a major modernization initiative and owns product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a cloud platform used by engineering, operations, and asset management teams.

You will work autonomously, collaborate with design and engineering, gather customer insights, balance priorities, and travel 10-15% to meet market needs while reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of complex software products.
• Proven success leading products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Strong customer discovery skills and a passion for solving real user problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic portfolio focused on modernizing a cloud-based software platform.
• Define and drive product vision, roadmap development, and prioritization decisions.
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable product experiences.
• Define requirements from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
• Balance technical investments, customer requests, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy and long-term initiatives.
• Visit customers and attend industry conferences to gain market insights.
