Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Strong experience with Class A office interiors and tenant improvements.
• Proven ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control knowledge.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Experience leading and developing project teams.
• DFW commercial construction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial interior and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and financial performance.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and cost controls.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, consultants, and partners.
• Partner with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to clients and internal leadership.
• Build strong client relationships and support repeat business.
• Mentor and provide direction to Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, constructability reviews, and procurement planning.
