Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, regulatory-driven initiatives within Capital Markets and QTS. You will plan, direct, and coordinate work across cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver within scope, time, and budget, aligning with CM and QTS strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 8-9 years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets across IT or business functions.
• Experience managing large-scale ($5M+) strategic change and regulatory initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Rally Central.
• Domain expertise in one or more asset classes: Rates, Credit, or Equities.
• Knowledge of Front-to-Back Capital Markets functions such as Front Office, Trade Capture, Pricing, Trading Risk/P&L, Operations, Product Control, Market Risk, or Credit Risk.
• Strong analytical, structured, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience working with Director- and Managing Director-level stakeholders across IT and business.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Nice to have: Big Four consulting experience and/or PMP/PgMP certification.
