Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic technology initiatives across Capital Markets Front Office.
Establish Agile governance, delivery plans, milestone tracking and dependency management.
Coordinate with business, technology leaders and stakeholders to align objectives and priorities.
Provide clear delivery insights, risk assessments and recommendations to senior management.
