The Role

We are looking for a dynamic leader who enjoys solving complex demand-supply matching problems. This is a highly strategic role, where you will own products that make the right capacity planning decisions balancing a diverse set of business metrics.

As the leader for this domain, you will set long-term strategy and vision, collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, develop scalable mechanisms to expand our products world-wide and deliver products and solutions that delight delivery partners.

The right candidate will possess a well-rounded product background and a track record on defining and launching large products / programs. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. You will be able to support your team in anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities

Specifically, The PM Will

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
