Job summary

STV, Inc. in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major redevelopment and public infrastructure initiative. You will coordinate complex capital projects with multiple private developers, city agencies, utilities, and regulators.

Responsibilities include planning, design, permitting, and construction oversight of roadway and public realm improvements, driving on-schedule delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 13+ years of experience in public infrastructure or urban development projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs with agencies and developers.
• Strong background in roadway, transportation, or public works projects.
• Ability to navigate permitting, zoning, and regulatory processes.
• Proven track record managing large capital projects with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as STV's lead project management representative for a municipal program.
• Coordinate activities among public agencies, developers, utilities, consultants and contractors.
• Oversee planning, design, permitting, and implementation of roadway and transportation improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration to meet objectives, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead coordination with permitting, zoning, utilities, and regulators for approvals.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and overall performance.
• Review designs and construction plans for alignment with goals.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation related to permitting and construction.
• Support procurement, consultant management, and contractor oversight.
• Conduct field inspections and site visits to address progress.
• Build and mentor STV staff as the program moves to construction.
• Represent STV in meetings with clients, officials, and stakeholders.
