Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build the B2B side of Fanatics Collect, focusing on tools, API access, and partner integrations that enable professional sellers and buyers to operate at scale.

You will own the strategy, define success metrics, and work with engineering, design, finance, and sales to ship high-impact features in a fast-moving environment. This role emphasizes AI-driven product thinking and extensive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in marketplace or commerce products.
• Experience with platform or API products or partner integrations; ability to work with engineers on tradeoffs.
• Track record of taking ambiguous problems to shipped product.
• Data fluent: sets metrics, reads data, and makes calls.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, cross-functional organization.
• AI-first mindset: prototypes and specs with AI to reshape products.

Responsibilities

• Build the B2B side of the Fanatics Collect marketplace: tools and APIs for sellers and buyers at scale.
• Develop bulk buying APIs and agentic commerce capabilities for AI-assisted transactions.
• Create partner integrations across Fanatics ecosystem to broaden distribution.
• Automate onboarding, quality controls, and operational processes at scale.
• Define success metrics, priorities, and collaborate with design, engineering, finance, and sales to ship features.
