Job summary

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to serve as a strategic product leader for our Level 4 autonomous trucking platform across customer applications.

This senior individual contributor role has organization-wide influence, owning end-to-end product work and shaping strategy, deployment, and scaled commercialization. You will define multi-year roadmaps, unify Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and Commercial teams, and mentor other PMs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in complex, technical domains.
• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps at VP level or higher.
• Ability to engage with engineering leadership on architecture and feasibility tradeoffs.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with executive audiences (C-suite, board).

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product roadmap for Level 4 autonomous trucking platform.
• Unify Engineering, PM, Operations, and Commercial around a shared vision.
• Own product lifecycle from opportunity to deployment and iteration.
• Define prioritization frameworks and influence resource allocation.
• Write product requirements reflecting long-term architecture and customer needs.
• Set metrics and readiness criteria for deployment readiness.
• Build deep customer partnerships and translate feedback into direction.
• Mentor senior PMs and contribute to product craft at Kodiak.
