Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience across web development, solution architecture, AWS, AI, project management, QA, and Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, and Target).
• Strong proficiency in business requirements documentation, process flows, reporting, and presentations.
• Technical or project management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and technical advisor to executives and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions to drive measurable value.
• Present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
