Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Business Process Analyst III to analyze, define, and develop the organization’s business processes. Based in Irvine, you’ll assess internal requirements, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and implement optimized processes across functions.

You will partner with process owners, perform quantitative analyses, and support initiatives from concept through completion, including documentation, UX considerations, and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years IT experience in business analysis, process analysis, systems analysis, or related work.
• Experience leading business and technical analysis sessions and translating business needs into requirements.
• Proficiency in developing business requirements documentation, functional requirements, process flows, and project documentation.
• Experience supporting application development, project management, and QA teams through the lifecycle.
• Experience applying quantitative analysis to data, cost-benefit, and process measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical analysis sessions to support new application development.
• Understand client business issues and data challenges of the organization.
• Act as liaison between the department and other business units.
• Align stakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, and strategy.
• Provide analysis and support for project management, development, and QA teams.

• Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
• Drive implementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion.
