Job summary

Striveworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager - AI Infrastructure & Agentic to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI infrastructure. You will collaborate with software, data science, and sales teams to deliver complex AI-enabled capabilities that scale in real-world use cases.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field (CS, engineering or similar).
• 6+ years of product management experience building complex software for enterprise or government customers.
• Strong fluency in AI/ML systems and ability to work with engineers, data scientists, and infra teams.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with engineering through discovery, design, development, testing, launch.
• Experience defining product metrics and guiding decisions with data and feedback.
• Excellent communication of tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• US citizenship and eligibility for a Secret (or higher) security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI infrastructure and agentic platforms.
• Write crisp requirements and maintain the product backlog with priorities.
• Collaborate with software, data science, and sales teams to deliver enterprise capabilities.
• Own technical documentation, release notes, and internal/external comms for new features.
• Support go-to-market with marketing and product collateral.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and evolving tech to refine the roadmap.
