Job summary

Minted is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy for how customers find and choose products across our discovery surfaces. You will steer the data foundation and build a crawlable, AI-ready navigation with a strong emphasis on experimentation and measurable impact.

You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to size opportunities, define roadmaps, and ship high-value features that improve search, browse, and product detail experiences for a growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer e-commerce or D2C products.
• 2-3 years in e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, or merchandising.
• Direct experience owning discovery surfaces: search, browse, navigation, category, or product detail pages.
• Experience running an experimentation program and diagnosing measurement problems.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with customer behavior tools.
• Working with engineering on feasibility and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the prioritized list of customer problems across search, browse, category, and product detail.
• Turn the product data foundation into customer value on surfaces: attribute-driven search and crawlable navigation.
• Develop the roadmap and initiative scope using data and insights to size and sequence work.
• Shape solutions with engineering and design, balancing business value, feasibility, and cost.
• Maintain product briefs with rationale, goals, and instrumentation plans.
• Run high-velocity tests and measure outcomes to inform next steps.
• Connect experience changes to metrics and margins; monitor business impact.
• Collaborate with data, rendering, checkout, marketing, and category teams across the org.
