Job summary

Headway, a Series D mental health platform, is seeking a Principal PM to own a major product domain end-to-end, defining strategy and aligning stakeholders up to executive leadership. You will ship real product with measurable outcomes, shaping the roadmap from first principles and building foundations for the next 2–3 years.

You must be comfortable with ambiguity and AI-enabled product work. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and high-velocity delivery in a fast-moving healthcare tech

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, ownership of large, complex product domains end-to-end.
• Ability to shape strategy at the org level, affecting multiple teams and why build what you build.
• Experience launching 0→1 and scaling, with impact at scale.
• Strong technical fluency and capability for architectural discussions with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for a major product domain and drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical, legal, operations, and leadership.
• Own the roadmap end-to-end, balance tradeoffs, and ship measurable product outcomes with high quality and velocity.
• Lay foundations that enable 2–3 years of product work beyond this quarter.
• Mentor PMs, raise the hiring bar, and influence how the product org operates.
