Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant domain
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Experience driving strategy for long-term sustainability and execution within available resources
• Strong customer advocacy and ability to translate user needs into actionable product features

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Define and communicate a compelling product vision for the AI Infrastructure Platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Drive long-term strategy for scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure that supports model training, inference, and experimentation
• Conduct ongoing discovery and market analysis to uncover emerging customer requirements, regulatory trends, and technology advancements. Integrate insights into the product roadmap to ensure relevance and differentiation
• Maintain and prioritize a dynamic product backlog that enables agile development and supports the strategic roadmap. Ensure backlog items reflect customer value, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements
• Build and manage frameworks to track key product success metrics, including cost optimization, feature adoption, risk posture, reliability, and regulatory adherence. Use data‑driven insights to inform product decisions and demonstrate value
• Partner with Engineering and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end user experience. Foster a culture of customer advocacy and continuous improvement across teams.
