Job summary

Blee is seeking its first dedicated Product Manager to own discovery, spec, delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration. You will identify under-served user groups, translate insights into features, and guide product decisions in close partnership with engineering and customer-facing teams.

This hands-on role involves backlog management, writing testable requirements, and shaping how the product function scales as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager with direct ownership of shipping software
• Experience managing an engineering backlog and taking features from discovery through launch
• Track record of shipping B2B software for enterprise customers and expanding its usage across teams or user groups
• Strong customer-discovery and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience in an early-stage or fast-growing environment where product processes had to be created or improved
• You use AI daily in your own work—drafting and pressure-testing specs, synthesizing customer conversations, querying product data, prototyping
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, and willing to work from the office two to three days per week
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% to meet customers in person
• Bonus if you previously worked as a lawyer, marketer, compliance professional, or other potential Blee user.

Responsibilities

• Expand Blee to new user groups by identifying needs and translating problems into reusable capabilities.
• Turn ambiguity into clarity by writing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• Run customer discovery by speaking with stakeholders weekly and synthesizing feedback.
• Prioritize new opportunities and develop a repeatable approach to distinguish meaningful opportunities.
• Drive features through launch with documentation, enablement, and adoption tracking.
• Shape the roadmap by incorporating customer insights, usage signals, and engineering context.
