Job summary

The Blue Venture Fund is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our product team. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the VP of Product & Engineering, and you will work across Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Data Analytics, and AI/ML.

This is a fully remote role, with distributed teams; you will own end-to-end product initiatives, write PRDs, translate complex requirements into buildable features, and manage external vendor relationships from

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or startups
• Proven delivery-focused track record: shipped products
• Hands-on AI/ML, conversational AI, NLP or messaging experience
• API and integration fluency; can own end-to-end integration
• SQL proficiency; comfortable querying data
• AI-first mindset; evolves workflows with AI tooling
• Experience managing external vendors/partners end-to-end
• Strong written communication; clear specs and updates
• Proven remote cross-functional leadership in distributed teams

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple domains simultaneously
• Write clear PRDs and functional specs with AI-first workflows
• Customer and stakeholder discovery; translate requirements into buildable features
• Own relationships with external vendors and integration partners from evaluation to go-live
• Regular communication with exec leadership, presenting roadmap and status updates
• Work hands-on with AI and automation tooling to shape decisions, define LLМ-based requirements
• Query and evaluate data to inform decisions
• Gain consensus across Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and AI/ML
