Job summary

Videa is seeking a Senior Product Manager (RCM) to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the RCM product suite. You will translate complex dental insurance workflows and CDT coding rules into scalable features that reduce denials and speed reimbursement.

Lead AI-enabled prototyping and collaborate with engineering to validate feasibility, shaping a platform that improves clinical and administrative workflows for dental practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agile software development experience in SaaS/HealthTech.
• Experience translating dental insurance workflows into software features.
• Proven ability to prototype with AI and test concepts with users.
• Strong integrations and partner management experience.
