Qualifications

• 3+ years of agile software development experience managing SaaS/FinTech/HealthTech products.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze billing workflows and coding accuracy.
• Experience managing integrations and partnerships for scalable value.
• AI-native approach using modern AI prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the RCM roadmap and set priorities across the product suite.
• Translate dental insurance rules and CDT coding into scalable features.
