Job summary

practice-by-numbers is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Technical) to lead a cloud-first dental SaaS platform. You will work directly with the CEO and partner with engineering and design to own architecture-aware decisions and ship meaningful capabilities rapidly.

You will translate ambiguous goals into clear product and platform roadmaps, produce PRDs and API contracts, and drive execution with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management with significant experience as a technical PM for platform/infrastructure-heavy products.
• Proven track record shipping multi-tenant B2B SaaS products at scale.
• Comfort partnering closely with engineering on architecture and system design, with ability to reason through tradeoffs and identify risks early.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business goals into crisp product + platform decisions with clear tradeoffs.
• Produce high-signal artifacts engineers can build from: PRDs, technical specs, API contracts, event schemas, data models, rollout plans.
• Drive execution with engineering: prioritization, sequencing, dependency management, delivery accountability.
• Lead architecture-informed discussions on tenancy models, event-driven workflows, database design, and reliability patterns.
