Job summary

Tekion Corp in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive TOC initiatives across post-sales and services. You will partner with engineering to deliver features end-to-end, own KPIs, and guide AI-enabled workflow solutions for enterprise customers.

The role requires strong PM fundamentals, SQL analytics, and experience with B2B SaaS in a global, matrixed environment. Hybrid collaboration across PS, CS, and Support is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with PS delivery, customer onboarding, and CSM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery roadmap for TOC initiatives across PS, CV, and Support.
• Document pain points and translate insights into PRDs and user stories.
• Drive AI agent deployment opportunities with engineering.
• Interface with engineering squads for sprint planning and acceptance criteria.
• Own product KPIs and build dashboards to monitor adoption and time-to-value.
• Coordinate with India-based product team and global business teams.
• Manage backlog and lifecycle for internal tooling platforms.
• Support end-to-end product launches including UAT and adoption tracking.
