Job summary

Tekion is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own our Computer Vision and Video platform within Service Products. You’ll set strategy, lead a small team, and coordinate with engineering across time zones to ensure AI-native decisions align with business outcomes.

You will guide what the AI should do, when it should act, and how it scales across dealership contexts, mentoring your direct reports and driving measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products.
• Experience shipping AI-native product where you owned the decision of what the AI does and why.
• Direct experience in Computer Vision and Video platform product work.
• 2+ years managing a team of at least 2 direct reports.
• Experience coordinating work across time zones with distributed or offshore engineering teams.
• Strong systems design and product architecture skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence engineering, design, and data science.
• Experience building systems and processes that scale, beyond individual feature delivery.
