Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment partners with a client building an AI-native OS for materials science R&D. The PM will own a brand-new product area from beta through to product-market fit, with autonomy and visibility in a venture-backed setting.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years PM experience in enterprise software, strong UI/UX sense, and the ability to collaborate with senior engineering on scalability and architecture. Hybrid work includes 1–3 days in SF office.

Experiences Required

• 4–7 years of PM experience, ideally in B2B enterprise SaaS, deep-tech/AI, life sciences, or complex workflow tools.
• Proven track record of taking early-stage or beta products through rapid iteration loops to reach product-market fit.
• Strong UI/UX product sense with hands‑on experience using modern AI and design prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Claude).
• Technical depth to collaborate seamlessly with senior engineering teams on platform scalability and enterprise architecture.
