Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on product leader with hardware background to build an AI-native platform for hardware development. You will own execution, discovery, and the details, and ship products on time with direct access to real hardware programs and engineers.

You'll lead end-to-end product work, run discovery with dozens of internal and external customers, and translate real workflows into the product.

Qualifications

• Direct experience running hardware program execution (NPI, hardware lead, or PM embedded in hardware).
• Proven 0-to-1 product development and shipping a real product.
• High output, bias to action, with a track record of delivering on commitments.
• Excellent written communication, capable of turning complexity into a one-page spec.
• Strong discipline with deadlines and early flagging of slippages.
• Deep credibility with hardware engineers and program teams.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product execution, from talking to hardware engineers to shipping specs.
• Run discovery across early adopter programs to map real workflows into product.
• Be the domain voice with EEs, mechanical leads, or program managers.
• Drive roadmap, set timelines, and deliver against them consistently.
• Write clearly across specs, updates, and customer-facing material.
• Prototype and demo early to users, iterating based on learnings.
