Job summary

Google is seeking a Product Manager Lead for AI Hardware in Google Distributed Cloud based in Sunnyvale, CA. You will guide products from concept to launch, translating complex AI hardware requirements into tangible roadmaps and outcomes.

The role requires deep cross-functional leadership, a track record of delivering hardware products end-to-end, and the ability to influence executives as Google scales AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking hardware products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term goal, strategy, and roadmap for the Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) Hardware portfolio including AI Infrastructure General Purpose Compute (GPU), Storage and Networking, aligning it with overall GDC goals, market trends, and customer needs, and GTM strategy.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to landing.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of product managers, overseeing their performance and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and translate them into actionable product improvement.
• Identify and address technical risks, infrastructure bottlenecks, and scaling challenges.
