We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our Core Services platform‑the foundational infrastructure and user experience powering Color’s business operations. This platform drives our end‑to‑end customer implementations, lab and fulfillment operations, and underlying core services (such as authentication). This role is responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap for the next generation of our business‑enabling platform—making it faster and easier to onboard customers, configure products, manage billing and eligibility, and operate our lab and fulfillment systems at scale. This is a highly cross‑functional role that will partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, Implementations, Product, Engineering, and Design.
This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and pragmatic—someone who thrives tackling complex problems to provide urgent solutions to today’s issues while building the reliable, scalable systems that let the business move fast. Success in this role means enabling Color to scale its business operations—reducing friction for customers, accelerating implementation timelines, and building the platform reliability and self‑service capabilities that the company depends on.
