Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior PM, Agentic Commerce Ads (Mandarin Speaker) to shape the next generation of commerce advertising products. This role sits at the intersection of ads, AI, and commerce, focusing on advertiser-facing platform capabilities that make campaigns more intelligent and intuitive.

You will lead the foundation of an emerging platform, partnering with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to take concepts to launch and measure impact across global markets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building and shipping product in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong product judgment, structured thinking, and ability to translate open-ended problems into clear strategies and execution plans.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and drive alignment in fast-moving organizations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; regular communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for platform capabilities powering AI-driven commerce ads.
• Build advertiser-facing experiences for intuitive campaign creation, setup, and optimization.
• Identify friction points in advertiser and shopper journeys and turn them into opportunities with impact.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, operations, and commercial teams to launch new platform capabilities.
• Use customer insight and data to prioritize in ambiguous spaces with no clear playbook.
• Shape foundations for agentic, AI-assisted commerce experiences over time.
• Track key product and business outcomes and refine the platform based on adoption and feedback.
• Stay close to developments in AI, commerce, creator ecosystems, and ad tech, translating insights into bold bets.
