DHI Group, Inc., owner of Dice.com, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Candidate Experience. You will drive discovery, decide what to build with design and engineering, and prove impact with data.

Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ship experiences that help technologists grow and employers find talent. Based in the Denver area, you will shape the strategy for your product area, manage the roadmap, and work with Product leadership to translate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience growing a B2B or B2C SaaS product.
• A track record of experiments and launches that increased revenue, conversion, or retention.
• Clear, proactive communication and the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Experience with an AI enabled product management approach, using AI tools to augment your research, communication and prototyping.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Ability to travel occasionally to customer or Dice-hosted events.

Responsibilities

• Learn Dice.com inside and out: core capabilities, our customers and users, and the product strategy and roadmap.
• Build relationships with the product, design, engineering, sales, and marketing partners you’ll work with every day.
• Lead user interviews to hear directly from technologists and recruiters about their goals and pain points.
• Define the strategy, own the roadmap and backlog for your product area and ship your first Dice.com improvement within 90 days with a clear understanding on its impact.
• Learn our AI delivery workflow and prototype your own ideas as product, design and engineering converge.
• Contribute to the vision and roadmap for your product area, and prioritize your team's work against it.
• Lead your team in deciding how best to reach the outcomes you’re accountable for, keeping leadership up to date on what you’re learning, what you’ve decided and why, and the risks you’re managing.
• Lead AI-powered search, matching and recommendation initiatives that balance usability with innovation.
• Plan and run ongoing market and customer discovery to find the next high-value opportunities for tech professionals and employers.
• Own the business case for the candidate product experience, from engagement and conversion to revenue impact and cost against forecast.
