Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its Mailchimp Platform & API team to define and lead the strategy for AI-powered platform capabilities, public APIs, and MCP experiences. You will own vision, roadmap, and execution for API externalization, developer experience, and agentic access, unifying APIs, the developer portal, and MCP as one product system.

You will partner across Partnerships, Go-to-Market, and partner engineers to activate data objects and events for leads, conversions,

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience building platforms and APIs at scale.
Deep understanding of AI technologies and API/developer-platform architectures (REST/OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, scopes, rate limiting, versioning).
Hands-on experience shipping MCP servers or equivalent agent-callable interfaces, or related docs-as-code approaches.

Responsibilities

Define and lead a bold, multi-year vision for Mailchimp’s public API platform and developer portal.
Own the four pillars of developer-ecosystem strategy: API platform, portal, lifecycle management, and governance.
Collaborate with Partnerships, Engineering, and GTM to ship third-party integrations and map data objects/events to customer outcomes.
Translate vision into an execution roadmap with measurable outcomes aligned to FY27 priorities.
Lead developer-portal modernization and ensure scalable, versioned documentation and tools.
