Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI CI/CD to lead product direction for developer-focused tooling in a security-conscious open-source ecosystem. You’ll shape strategy, define the roadmap, and drive go-to-market aspects with cross-functional partners.

This role centers on building agent-centric CI/CD experiences, coordinating with engineering, UX, and product marketing, and ultimately delivering a production-ready product that scales across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on developer-facing, infrastructure, security, or technical products.
• You've built agent tools or developer tooling powered by models.
• You know CI from the inside, including builds, tests, caches, runners, and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, vision, and roadmap for the product.
• Lead 0→1 product work to turn a system into a market-ready product.
• Investigate how developers and their agents build, test, review, and ship code today.
• Partner with design teams to bring in early feedback and set priorities.
• Own developer experience and onboarding to ensure adoption.
• Coordinate launch, positioning, pricing, and docs with Product Marketing.
