Job summary

Okta is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Identity Threat Detection and Response to lead the evolution of our security product suite. You will define strategy, drive roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impact at scale.

You will influence multiple stakeholders, prioritize security use cases, and articulate security outcomes to customers and executives, while mentoring rising PMs and shaping future products.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and PM experience in security products.
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.
• Experience with Threat Protection, Threat Intelligence, SaaS Security and Network Security products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Okta Identity Security offerings.
• Evangelize vision to engineering, product, and customers; drive cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver security-focused features on schedule.
