Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the F-35 Navigation Team, directing cross-functional efforts to sustain inertial and tactical navigation systems. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk for DMS projects, while supporting Trade Studies and Special Test Equipment programs across the LM Aero portfolio as capacity allows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of engineering project management experience in complex environments.
• PMI certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months, sponsored by Honeywell Aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, objectives, and deliverables while partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Lead matrixed teams to deliver cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality commitments on programs.
• Translate business objectives into clear execution strategies, plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and execute integrated project plans within budget, schedule, and resources.
• Adhere to IPDS process and phase gate reviews.
• Maintain robust baselines and drive PM process improvements.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations and opportunities.
• Communicate status to leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely billings and compliance.
