Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the F-35 Navigation Team, driving cross-functional programs sustaining inertial and tactical navigation systems. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, and customer teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You'll report to the F-35 Program Director, manage complex programs, and grow into additional Navigation initiatives within the LM Aero portfolio as capacity allows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of engineering project management experience in complex technical or regulated environments.
• PMI certification or commitment to obtain within 6 months, sponsored by Honeywell Aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, objectives, and deliverables while partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Lead matrixed teams to deliver cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality commitments.
• Translate business objectives into clear execution strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Build and execute integrated project plans within approved budget, schedule, and resources.
• Adhere to IPDS process and phase gate reviews; update Earned Value metrics as needed.
• Ensure project billings are submitted on time.
