Job summary

Barton Malow’s Orlando team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major sports & entertainment projects, leveraging strong leadership and technical expertise. The role focuses on solving complex challenges, developing people, and delivering projects with integrity and precision.

The candidate will oversee procurement, planning, field operations, cost management, and team/stakeholder coordination, ensuring safety and quality on high-profile builds in Central Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of GC/CM construction management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and build strong client relationships.
• Deep understanding of construction operations, safety, scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: Build and manage bidders lists, distribute bid documents, organize pre-bid meetings, oversee bidder Q&A, develop scopes, prepare front-end bid documents, evaluate bids, write and negotiate subcontracts.
