Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead data and signal quality for our ads measurement and performance stack. You will work with engineering, data science, and PMM to translate measurement methods into scalable products.

You will influence advertising outcomes by defining signals, improving signal capture, and coordinating onboarding across teams, with on-site collaboration near New York for in-person work 1–2 times per quarter.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
• 2-4+ years of ads data/signals or marketing measurement experience.
• Deep understanding of data and signals ecosystem to improve signal quality in an ad stack.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data science, analytics, research, PMM, sales.
• Ability to define new products and execute from ideation to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own build and execution of Pinterest's Data and Signal intelligence strategy for Ads Measurement and Performance.
• Define canonical matchable signals and optimal signal capture features: matching, dedupe, event normalization, advanced events, differential privacy, PETS.
• Define roadmap and execution steps for quality improvements for ingested signals.
• Partner with data leads on onboarding initiatives, ensuring scalable integrations.
• Monitor activation health: coverage, latency, failures, adoption, and coordinate resolutions.
• Run operating cadences, communicating progress and dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, DS, PMM and Ads product leaders to ensure high quality signals are ingested and used in the Ad Stack.
