Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Principal PM leader to drive data and signal quality for ads measurement and performance across the Pinterest Ad Stack. You will work with engineering, data science, research, PMM, sales, and partners to translate complex measurement into scalable products.

You will own the multi-year roadmap to ingest and expand signals, collaborating with data partners, MMPs, and advertisers while navigating industry shifts in privacy and browser changes.

• Ability to define new products and strategies in ambiguous spaces
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, and marketing teams
• Strong market-minded view on data privacy and signal quality

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and execution of Pinterest's data and signal ingestion strategy for Ads Measurement.
• Integrate signals into the Pinterest ad stack with quality and partner teams.
• Define multi-year roadmap to ingest and expand signal via partners (MMPs, data providers, RMNs).
• Lead pathways to expand signal coverage (CAPI, server-to-server, Tag, APIs, MMPs, DCR, offline uploads).
• Establish operating model and OKRs linking signal health to advertiser trust and ad performance.
• Balance buy/build/partner approaches to move quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering, DS, PMM and Ads product leads to ensure proper ingestion and usage.
• Represent Pinterest on industry shifts (cookies, privacy) and translate into product bets.
