Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data centre construction and infrastructure projects in the Kansas City area. You will develop plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and drive timely delivery while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in large-scale projects, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable for this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
