Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler, preferably in data centre or large-scale construction projects.
  • CPM understanding and Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of data centre projects. This position is ideal for a professional with expertise in project controls and scheduling, particularly using Primavera P6. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules for data centre projects using Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to reflect changes in project scope, timelines, or resources.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status, including critical path analysis and earned value management.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure alignment with the overall project schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with project controls standards, procedures, and best practices.

  • Maintain documentation of schedule changes and ensure proper version control.
