ProTech Plumbing in Macon, GA is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose residential plumbing issues, perform service calls, and clearly communicate repair options to homeowners.

You will repair and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related components, provide accurate estimates, and maintain thorough job documentation. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential plumbing service and repair experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes and proper repair procedures.
• Experience with water heaters, fixtures, piping, leaks, drains, and common residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to use tablets, smartphones, and service software.
• Georgia plumbing licensing/certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues.
• Perform plumbing service, maintenance, and repair calls.
• Repair and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, valves, piping, and other plumbing components.
• Diagnose leaks, stoppages, water-pressure issues, and other plumbing problems.
• Perform drain and sewer-related service when applicable.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify necessary repairs or potential concerns.
• Explain findings and repair options clearly and professionally to homeowners.
• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations.
• Complete work orders, invoices, photos, and job documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every call.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

ProTech Plumbing is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our Macon team. We need a dependable, customer-focused plumber who can diagnose residential plumbing problems, provide quality repairs, and confidently communicate solutions to homeowners.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Perform plumbing service, maintenance, and repair calls
• Repair and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, fixtures, valves, piping, and other plumbing components
