Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing construction experience.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing field operations on ground-up and/or large commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, piping installations, and applicable building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Proven ability to lead multiple crews while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and jobsite safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing field operations from project startup through completion.
• Manage and coordinate foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain workforce plans to ensure proper manpower allocation.
• Coordinate project activities with General Contractors, owners, and other trades.
• Monitor project schedules and drive production to meet key milestones.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scope requirements.
• Ensure plumbing installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, constructability issues, and scheduling challenges.
• Oversee material deliveries, equipment utilization, and jobsite logistics.
