Nash Plumbing LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to lead our field operations. You will oversee daily plumbing work across multiple sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, coordination with project managers and inspectors, and strict adherence to local plumbing codes and safety practices. Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and construction scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing field operations across multiple job sites in the Phoenix area
• Manage, mentor, and schedule plumbing crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
• Review blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on rough-in, underground, and finish plumbing work
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to maintain project timelines
• Ensure all work complies with local Phoenix/Arizona plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies
• Track material procurement, equipment needs, and job site inventory to prevent delays
