StrongBuilt Plumbing & Air in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician with real field experience to diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. You will work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and mentor apprentices.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of plumbing service experience, a journeyman license preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 25% and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing service experience
• Journeyman license or state certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and diagnostics
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, pipe repairs, and water heater installations
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance, testing water pressure, drainage, and system performance
• Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations, ensuring compliance with codes and company standards
• Provide clear, professional communication to customers about diagnoses, repairs, and options
• Collect payments and maintain truck inventory
• Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and team members; mentor apprentices and technicians
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe, clean, working condition
