Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment and systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, water, drainage, and piping issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
