Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a plumbing-focused role in the Phoenix area. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations, and coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial/industrial plumbing project management, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Bluebeam and MS Office, and a proven track record delivering on time and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial/industrial plumbing.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Prior field experience as a plumber is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Hydronics, Process Piping, and Med Gas is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software and Bluebeam PDF editor.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: develop timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of plumbing projects and ensure adherence to plans.
• Quality control: monitor progress and conduct inspections.
• Risk management: identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Client relations: maintain strong client relationships and address needs.
• Team coordination: work with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Documentation: prepare contracts, change orders, RFIs, and reports.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to codes and regulations.
• Budget management: track expenses and manage budgets.
• Reporting: provide updates to senior management.
