Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial/industrial plumbing projects. You will lead project planning, execution, and client liaison to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of hydronics and process piping projects.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in plumbing project management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Bluebeam and project management software. This role supports a family-oriented, fast-growing company in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in commercial/industrial plumbing.
• Experience with Hydronics, Process Piping, and Med Gas preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee day-to-day plumbing project execution per plan and schedule.
• Monitor quality and safety, conduct inspections, and ensure standards are met.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong client relations and promptly address client needs.
