You will pursue substantial residential, multifamily, and commercial opportunities, then partner with field and operational leadership to keep the sold scope, budget, schedule, quality, and customer expectations on track.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of directly related experience in plumbing project sales, estimating, project management, or closely related fields.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation methods, and project risk.
• Ability to read plans and specifications, evaluate existing systems, and translate technical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a healthy pipeline through existing customers, referrals, managers, general contractors, and industry relationships.
• Create complete scopes of work, material and labor takeoffs, budgets, estimates, and customer proposals.
• Lead the transition from sale to execution and stay involved in communication, scheduling, and change management.
• Monitor projects against scope, budget, and timeline; identify variances and coordinate corrective action.
