Job summary

Fischer Services invites a Washington-licensed plumbing professional to lead and grow its large-project business in the Greater Seattle area. You will own scope development, estimates, and proposals for substantial residential, multifamily, and commercial plumbing projects while coordinating with field leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage end-to-end project cycles, build strong client relationships, and bring intense attention to scope, budget, and customer

Qualifications

• Requires a Washington State plumbing license.
• Five+ years of experience in plumbing project sales, estimating, PM, or related fields.
• Proven ability to identify, estimate, win, and deliver large plumbing projects profitably.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation methods, sequencing, labor and material costing, gross margin, and risk.
• Ability to read plans and translate technical recommendations for customers and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a healthy pipeline from owners, property managers, and contractors.
• Conduct detailed job walks, evaluate conditions, code requirements, and project risks.
• Create complete scopes, takeoffs, budgets, and customer proposals.
• Present recommendations, negotiate terms, and close profitable work.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, sequencing, permitting, and subcontractor needs.
• Lead the transition from sale to execution and maintain active customer communication.
