Job summary

Atlantic Constructors Plumbing Project Managers oversee all aspects of planning and implementing the delivery of our plumbing and piping operations for commercial construction projects. They coordinate domestic water systems, sanitary waste/vent, storm drainage, gas piping, hydronic piping, and fixture installations while managing subcontractors and vendors.

Candidates should have 3+ years of PM experience on commercial plumbing projects, a related degree, and strong knowledge of codes and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience on commercial plumbing projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal project teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, estimating, purchasing, CAD/BIM, and fabrication shops.
• Develop and maintain a detailed plumbing construction plan and schedule.
• Monitor field progress, mentor site leadership, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare and report on project budgets and financial performance.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
• Drive safety plans and ensure compliance with codes and procedures.
