Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• P.E. licensure required.
• 5+ years in the AEC industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and calculations for mechanical systems across design phases (schematic to construction).
• Prepare technical documentation for mechanical systems and equipment schedules.
• Develop and review mechanical layouts in Revit and coordinate with architects/structurals.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve design conflicts and progress design.
• Perform field verification and participate in construction observation visits.
• Assist in project meetings and support scope/resource planning.
