Drain Kingz Plumbing, LLC in Midvale, UT is hiring a full-time Lead Plumbing Installer. You will lead installations, verify materials, and manage projects from walkthrough to finish while ensuring Utah code compliance.

The role requires 5+ years plumbing experience, a Utah Journeyman or Master Plumber license, and the ability to supervise a helper. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience, focused on installations.
• Utah Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required.
• Experience leading a helper or small installation crew and managing jobs end-to-end.
• Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, layouts, and installation specifications.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review approved scope of work, verify materials, and manage projects from walkthrough to completion.
• Delegate tasks to a helper and maintain productivity while meeting codes and standards.
• Communicate with management, customers, and property-management companies; provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Document work, upload before-and-after photos, submit invoices and receipts, and finalize job files before closeout.
