Drain Kingz Plumbing, LLC in Midvale, UT is hiring a Plumbing Installation Helper. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and hands-on experience under a lead installer.

You will assist with measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing components, while developing customer service skills and safety awareness. The position runs 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with paid training and opportunities to grow into apprentice, installer, or lead installer positions.

• Assist with measuring, cutting, fitting, securing, and installing components.
• Help with demolition tasks, staging equipment, and cleaning up after projects.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
• Take before-and-after photos, gather materials, and organize the work vehicle.
• Interact with customers to deliver great service and learn the trade.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS OUR PLUMBING INSTALLATION HELPER:

The standard schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

In this entry-level role, you'll follow directions from the lead installer to support efficient, accurate, and high-quality installation projects. You'll get hands-on installation experience as you help the lead with tasks like measuring, cutting, fitting, securing, and installing components. You'll also help with demolition tasks, staging equipment for the jobs, and cleaning everything up once finished. No matter what you're doing, you'll make sure to follow all safety protocols and company standards.

As directed by the lead, you'll take before-and-after photos, gather materials, and organize the work vehicle. You'll also get to build your customer service experience as you interact with customers, answer questions, and deliver great service. During every project, you'll get a firsthand look at the role and take the next step towards becoming an independent installer or lead technician!

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

No experience is required for this entry-level position! You'll just need:

• Current, valid driver's license
• Ability to follow directions and learn from constructive feedback
• Ability to complete physically demanding work
• Ability to serve a 50-mile radius from Salt Lake City
